• Rates are per room, per night.
• Children under 6 years and under sharing parents' room free of charge, however the breakfast would not be included in the price.
• Children 6-11 years pay an additional $ 15 plus tax, breakfast included
• Maximum 2 children per room.
• Extra bed is priced at $ 25 plus tax.
• Maximum occupancy in each room, depending on unit type and configuration of the beds can accommodate between up to 2 adults plus 1 or 2 children
• Time / OUT: Check in 2pm - Check out: 12 noon. In the case of making the output after 2pm, will be charged a surcharge

Reservation Policies
• All reservations must be requested in writing (via our website, fax or e-mail sales@whalesanddolphins.net
• Reservations must be prepaid 30 days before date of arrival to the hotel.
• Special policies apply in the case of groups of peak season.
• The hotel does not accept reservations more than 10 units simultaneously. All reservations of 03 or more rooms will be considered as a group and apply group policies. In the case of larger groups to 1o rooms, please contact our reservations department
• DO NOT allow pets, except guide dogs for blind people. In these cases, please indicate at time of booking request.
Cancellation Policy

The following penalties apply if cancellations are made:

14-07 days before date of arrival to the hotel 50% of the total amount of reservation
6 or less days before day of arrival to the hotel 100% of the total reservation
